It seems there was a mistake in the new Makefile that caused
	the WWW.pm module to be deleted on a 'make distclean' so when I
	created the tar file, it got deleted.  Oops.

	I also found yet more bugs int he regular expressions in
	WWW::extract_description().  They have been fixed (I hope).

	The man page for httpindex(1) also omitted pointing out the
	necessary step of redirecting wget(1)'s standard error to
	standard output.
