Hello everyone,

I've compiled without any problem swish on Windows 98 with gcc Cygnus B19.
The Cygnus distribution supports the files included in win32 directory.
The files http.c and httpserver.c contain a call to cmdf that is not
supported by Cygnus. The filesystem version works properly.
I've compiled the 1.3 release of swish.
