Much as I dislike WinNT, it might be nice to have SWISH++
	compile and execute under it.  Since I am not familiar with a
	WinNT environment, does anybody know what the equivalent system
	call for mmap(2) under Unix is?

	Anybody care to volunteer to compile stuff under WinNT to help?

	P.S.: While I'm at it, is there an equivalent mmap(2) call
	under Win95?  (I doubt it.)
