The "Read Me" file at:
ftp://sunsite.Berkeley.EDU/pub/swish-e/README-SWISH-E
has fairly explicit instructions. That is, after all, why the file is
called "read me" (shades of Alice in Wonderland). If I were you, I would
start there.
