Use "ReplaceRules" in your swish-e.conf file.

ReplaceRules replace "/myfilesystem/dir/" "http://www.mysite.com/docs/"
# ReplaceRules allow you to make changes to file pathnames
# before they're indexed.

You may have to play around with trailing slashes, etc, to get what you
need.
