Actually the two files for which you seek should be two levels up from
SwishTest...

When I uncompressed autoswish_tar.Z I got the following directory structure:

SWISH-E/     
	AutoSwish/         
		index.html         
		stopwords.txt
	Images/        
		powered.gif         
		powered+.gif         
		swish-e.gif
		swish-e+.gif         
		swishbullet.gif         
		swishrule.gif
		SwishForms/      
		SwishTest/
			The dreaded BITAP files... 
swish_create.pl   
swish_cgi_sub 

Take a look in the directory where you untarred things, they should be there.
